CBS Consulting
Our CBS Consulting Service offers a range of consulting and support activities dedicated to the identification, design, development, implementation and evaluation of an appropriate and effective Employee Assistance Program for your organization.
These Services Include:
- awareness and elaboration of the CBS concept;
- assessment of your organization's needs for confidential counseling services;
- determination of "best fit" between your organization's needs and possible program models;
- assistance in the search for appropriate personnel/programs, including, if indicated, an external service provider; and
- assistance in the monitoring of program implementation and the evaluation of program effectiveness. This service could be included as a phase of the overall CBS consulting or could be contracted as a separate service as outlined elsewhere on this website.
